Refund & Replacement Policy – VeneQuesos

At VeneQuesos, we ship perishable food products nationwide using insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure freshness upon delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will review issues on a case-by-case basis under the conditions below.


1. Non-Returnable Items

All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped due to health and safety regulations.


2. Damaged or Compromised Orders

If your order arrives damaged or in an unsafe condition, you may request a replacement or store credit.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Photos of the product

    • Photos of packaging (including shipping box)

    • Order number

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper evidence.


3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We guarantee proper packing and handling of all orders.

However, we are not responsible for refunds due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)


4. Temperature Disclaimer

Products are shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging.

Slight softening during transit does not qualify as damage if the product is still safe for consumption.


5. Refund Method

Approved claims will be resolved via:

  • Store credit, or

  • Replacement shipment

Refunds to original payment method are issued only at our discretion.


6. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of:

  • Repeated claims

  • Suspected abuse or fraud

  • Incomplete or misleading evidence
